Questions.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Every workspace gets 14 days of Pro without a card. When the trial ends, you stay on Free unless you subscribe.
What is on the free plan?
Messages, reviews, My Store, buyer scores and labels for one seller, with 25 AI calls a month. Pro adds the AI next step on every thread, a playbook learned from your own replies, review requests, win-back messages and the Live room.
Does What Metrics see my Whatnot password?
No. The Chrome extension reads Whatnot from your own signed-in tab. We never ask for your password and never receive your session.
Where does the data come from?
From your own Whatnot, read by the extension in your browser: your messages and their history, Whatnot's statistics for the buyers you talk to, your orders and shipments without their addresses, and your reviews.
Does it send messages for me?
Only when you say so. A reply goes when you press Send. Review requests and win-back messages go out from your own account, paced, after you queue them.
Can it refund or cancel an order?
No. When a buyer asks for a refund or a cancellation, the next step says what to do and links you to it in Whatnot.
Is What Metrics part of Whatnot?
No. What Metrics is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Whatnot, Inc.
